Sugandha by Namma Naris, the brand is named after the beautiful fragrant candles created with the naked and agile hands coupled with continuous efforts by our Self Help Group Women named Jyothi Sanjeevini Stree Shakthi. These products contain the memories of those hands which made them. The venture is operated by a group of 12 versatile women skilled in the art of candle making. This group of women resides in a rural area of the Bengaluru neighbourhood.

Each member of the team brings a unique skill set and creativity to the candle-making process. They are proficient in various techniques, such as traditional wax pouring, sculpting, and decorating, allowing them to produce a diverse range of candles to meet different customer preferences. The group operates as a cohesive unit, leveraging each member’s strengths to efficiently manage the entire candle-making process. They work together to brainstorm new designs, experiment with different fragrances, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.

The team members also handle the financial aspects of the business. This includes budgeting, tracking expenses, and forecasting revenue to ensure the venture remains financially sustainable and profitable.

With a keen understanding of customer demand and market trends, the team efficiently manages production schedules to fulfil orders in a timely manner. They monitor inventory levels, source materials, and optimize production processes to maintain high-quality standards while minimizing costs.
