• Refunds may be requested within 6 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Refunds:

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect.
• Refunds will not be issued for personalized or custom-made products unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is being returned due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process:
